Shipping

Cancellations & changes

Because each card is custom-printed, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. If your card hasn't printed yet, email us right away and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's printed, we can't recall it.

Refunds & replacements

We want every card to arrive right. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund if:

For a damaged or defective card, a quick photo helps us fix it fast. Reach out within STUB: 30 days of the expected delivery date.

What isn't covered

We can't refund cards that were undeliverable because of an incorrect address you entered, or normal, minor color/trim variation inherent to physical printing. If an address turns out undeliverable after payment, we'll contact you about a reprint to a corrected address.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within STUB: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
